Roland Stafford Golf School
During his 50-year playing career, Roland Stafford qualified for 26 major
golf championships and was a member of both the PGA and Senior PGA Tours.
From the day Roland and Susan Stafford opened their school in 1981 through
today, all instructors have been trained in and remain committed to drawing
analogies between music and golf to help virtually every student, whatever
their level, master the fundamentals of the golf swing, and improve their
game. Just as important as this method is the spirit of the Roland Stafford
Golf School. The emphasis is on learning in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere,
establishing personal goals and feeling good about one's own achievements.
The Deer Creek Golf Club in Deerfield Beach, Florida is the winter home
to the Roland Stafford Golf School. Players can practice their short game,
see themselves on video, and apply their newly acquired skills to the
championship golf course designed by Arthur Hills, one of South Florida's
best. This superbly maintained golf course with its rolling hills, TifEagle
greens and four sets of tees, from 5,335 yards on the forward tees to

Paradise Golf Academy
Teaching golf is not just hitting balls on the range or working on your
bunker play. Paradise Golf Academy applies what golfers learn on the driving
range during the morning session to the golf course in the afternoon.
Their three-to-one ratio allows groups and the instructor to play a number
of playing lessons during their school session. This teaches players the
value of course management and how it relates directly with strokes saved.
They will cover the mental side of the game during these "on course"
lessons as well.
Lessons are available at the Stoneybrook Country Club, Fort Myers, and
Orange County National, Orlando. Ask about the Weekender programs.

Golf Made Simple
Unique to this program is that your golf instructor is going to be there
for you every step of the way - including when you're back home and you
might need some help. Instructor for Life is your Insurance Policy that
you can contact your golf instructor anytime you need some advice - help
with your golf swing, advice on new golf equipment ("should I buy
the new Callaway Driver or the Titleist Driver") or anything else
that might come up.
You'll have your Golf Instructors email address to contact him anytime
you need a little coaching or counseling. Or can set-up a telephone conversation
with your Instructor if you would rather speak than email. As opposed
to having to rely on The Golf Channel to help you out.
The Golf Club of North Hampton is the course that some golfers say is
"Better than TPC Sawgrass" and it's Golf Made Simple's Amelia
Island location. The "King" himself, Arnold Palmer, designed
this par-72 championship course, which offers elevations of over 40 feet.
The wild grasses and rolling hills give players a fun and beautiful golf
course to play.
Heron Bay Golf Club, Boca Raton, was designed specifically for hosting
a PGA Tour event. This means that along with creating a fantastic golf
course - they also created a premier practice area. During the GMS Program,
players will be hitting off some of the best grass they've ever laid their
eyes on.
The Golf Club at South Hampton, St. Augustine was designed by former PGA
Tour Player, Mark McCumber. It's an excellent Par-72 course that's perfect
for 18-holes of on-course instruction because it places golfers in numerous
risk-reward situations that will help them to develop a plan.
Southern Hills Plantation Club, Tampa, invites students to learn on and
master a brand new, Pete Dye-designed, Florida golf course where the phrase
"up and down" applies to the views as well as the course's strategy.
It's even more rare that the opportunity to have your Golf School training
on a private club offering a Dye-designed gem like Southern Hills Plantation.
In addition to the beautiful 18 hole golf course - their practice facility
might be the best in Florida for a private club with an additional six-hole
short-course, private practice tee, and large practice putting green.
