Now
in his twentieth season with The Venice Symphony, Maestro
Schumacher obtained both his Bachelor and Master Degrees from
the University of Illinois. He is a recipient of the
National Minister of Music Award for his outstanding achievements
in Music Ministry, the Arts Leadership Award from Sarasota
County Arts Council, and the Muses Award from the Arts and
Culture Alliance.
